Ultrasonic Atomization Spray Drying

Spray drying is a method in which systemic techniques are applied to the drying of materials. Spray drying is used in the food, pharmaceutical, pigment and catalyst industries, or in the production of controlled size small particles, atomized solutions as a spray introduction chamber.

CHEERSONIC ultrasonic nozzles are available for spray drying systems. CHEERSONIC Ultrasonic produces a series of nebulizers for the manufacture of micron and submicron droplets. The nebulizer atomizes the liquid into uniform droplets that are carried through the furnace by carrier gas where they evaporate and solidify. The droplets are micron and submicron with a narrow distribution and can be used to produce high quality powders.
