Ultrasonic Fuel Cell Coating Systems. Ultrasonic spray systems are used to spray graphene or other catalyst ink coated catalytic membranes during fuel cell fabrication. When spraying expensive catalyst chemicals, the ultrasonic spray system can achieve more than 95% effective use. A uniform film increases the surface area of the catalyst with a uniform pinhole free film.
