Ultrasonic Spray Systems

The UAM6000 Ultrasonic Spray Systems is a programmable XYZ motion ultrasonic coating system designed to uniformly spray thin film layer solutions and nanosuspensions for precision coating applications such as fuel cell, solar cell and medical device coating and manufacturing applications. Common spray materials are metal oxide layers, antimicrobial agents, and polymer solutions. High uniformity and high precision allow the ultrasonic spray system to create functional nanolayers on virtually any surface or geometry.
