Ultrasonic Textile Coating System

Ultrasonic coating systems are used to make high performance textile coatings. Applied textile coatings include: water and oil resistant coatings, antibacterial coatings and antifouling coatings. The nanosuspension or other solution is evenly sprayed onto the fabric for use in the manufacture of medical textiles, carpets, automobiles or other industrial textiles. Ultrasonic coating systems reduce the use of solutions and energy. Ultrasonic textile coating systems replace inefficient impregnation or filling methods.
