Precision Spraying Machine

The UAM6000 Precision Spraying Machine is a system for manufacturing and depositing thin films by spraying. The UAM6000 is designed to perform spray coating techniques, such as layer-by-layer spraying, requiring small droplet sizes. Thanks to its precision nozzles, the system is capable of developing droplets with a diameter of 10 microns and jetting high viscosity liquids.

Dissolution is provided by a syringe pump with high precision, versatility, interchangeability and ease of use. The system can be configured with the number of nozzles required by the customer.
