Ultrasonic Spray Tube Coating

The ultrasonic nozzle is used to spray the inside of the blood collection tube, and an anticoagulant (EDTA K2, EDTA K3, lithium heparin, sodium heparin) and a blood coagulation accelerator (silica, thrombin, venom) are used.

Ultrasonic technology has advantages over traditional spray systems because it has a low speed, no air spray, can be easily controlled to coat the target area within the equipment, and can achieve delamination of the coating.
