Tray Cake Ultrasonic Slicer

Tired of taking the cake and brownies from the tray to slice, then putting the sliced cake back into the box or tray and finally moving to the packaging stage? It doesn’t have to happen in these steps! Cheersonic’s machines can be designed to cut cakes in boxes or trays, in-box baking and other reusable disposable baking containers. For some bakeries, the best way is to put the product in place, slice it, and then pack each part separately. For the food factory, the process is different, the whole cake is baked, then sliced, and then sent to the retail store for sale. In this case, the product does not need to be unloaded and packaged separately… Instead, the entire product can be sliced in a tray, then sealed and shipped directly to the retail counter.

Cutting the cake in the tray
