Blood collection tubes are the most common type of medical supplies used in hospitals. Blood vessels will be sprayed anticoagulants, the purpose is to prevent blood clots. Blood anticoagulant blood collection tube is very small, evenly distributed in the test tube wall, it can quickly mix thoroughly with the blood to prevent abnormal blood results.
The existing blood collection tube coating methods and devices there are many deficiencies. The traditional spray device for blood collection tube spraying, prone to material aggregation or condensation phenomenon, resulting in the rough surface of the blood collection tube or prone to spray a large number of dead spots, spray uneven area of more than 20%. Spray coating method and the more costly materials, material utilization is low, only 5%.

Ultrasonic spraying steps:
