Ultrasonic Ginsenosides Extraction

Orthogonal design was adopted to determine the content of ginsenoside in ginseng under different ultrasonic extraction equipment by colorimetric method. The ultrasonic extraction process of ginseng total saponin was optimized. CHEERSONIC found that using water, methanol, n-butanol as solvent, extraction at 38.5kHz under ultrasonic extraction faster than the traditional extraction method 3 times faster.
