Product Description

This high-production ultrasonic round cake cutting machine is capable of cutting a variety of round products. Round products such as cakes, cheesecakes, pies, fruit pies, dessert pies and ice cream cakes can be easily and accurately dispensed using Cheersonic’s ultrasonic cutting machine. The unit is equipped with dual product holders and fully automatic product positioning, indexing, and roll fed Divider Inserts. Use the Divider Insert to increase work efficiency and reduce the the time it takes to refill sheet fed Divider Insert holders during cutting cycles. The block cutting size is adjustable, and you can also choose whether to enable the divider insert. The unit is also equipped with a light curtain safety sensor to reduce cycle time by eliminating opening and closing the door. This machine is best suited for food manufacturers that produce 180 -240 cakes per hour.

• The device has one cutting modes: Round Portion Mode. The working speed and angle parameters are adjustable.
